User Profile

Please review your profile settings regarding your phone, wireless carrier, and firmware
We have just added some additional profile information that lets you choose a specific model, wireless carrier, and type in a firmware. To modify this information, goto My Account > Click Edit > Click Phone > make changes.

Note: if you have previously specified this, please change your razr model from "Verizon V3M" to simply "V3m" and then change your Wireless Carrier to "Verizon Wireless"
