Metropcs Razr V3s Black

I bought a Metro Razr V3s phone with the tools software, I loaded the software and followed the instructions though when I came to plugging in my phone, the software continues to state "phone not supported", then it goes to auto update, but it says I have the most recent updates, so I am stuck with software that doesn't work, I have purchased "driver detective", software that doesn't help. I only want to be able to save contact info on my computer, and use the computer to dump my photos and other info from my phone, is their anyone out there that has figured out this problem

looks like you have an outdated software,try using motorola phone tools,took me a while to find the right one though,i had the same problem before,wouldnt recognize my phone,i can add,remove,create my own ringtones with it now.

There is no simple answer to your question and that is what the author of this site intended this section for.

I suggest you please post your question in the forums section, perhaps under General Info, and give as much detail about your phone, ths software on your phone, your OS (the software on your computer), and the software you are trying to use with your phone.
