How to get my v3s to work with MPT?!

I have a new Motorola v3s (Cricket) & MPT doesn't recognize the phone...tried to update...no go. How can I get my phonebook/pics/ringtones transfered to my phone?! My old v3c worked just fine...any ideas would be great!! Thanks in advance

Thanks for the response. Any update past 4.5 will not allow MPT to recognize the RAZR. Reinstalled & skipped the update! Works just fine now!

there is a guide to getting MPT to work, also you may want to try an older or newer version to get your phone supported
