Verizon fixed DUN backdoor -- this thread contains a fix
Tethered DUN was working fine yesterday. Today, I got online, and was automatically redirected to https://dunsp.vzw.com/, which says "This device is currently not authorized to access Dial-Up Networking services, please contact your wireless service provider for more details."
Nothing on my plan has changed or anything. Are they on to me?
ahhhhhh

Posted: Fri, 04/11/2008 - 15:55 by MoparSarahSO, what's different for those of us who have our phones flashed to VIVO? Because, I got my NVM factory file, and where my or whatever it is should be, it's got my ESN in there instead, with no @whatever........... I've never used DUN, but I want to get it going now that I have a laptop so that when I get out on vacation I can use it.......

Posted: Fri, 04/11/2008 - 21:11 by MoparSarahWell that is what I thought initially also, but as I went through my file, it just didn't look like it was going to work right, there were just too many things that do not match up. But that is something I might just try anyway, as I have my backups I can put back in if it doesn't work.
Thanks!!!
