usrsa data root cert expired...how do i fix it? (oem unlocked v3re w/ t-mobile prepaid)

i currently have an oem unlocked razr v3re that I got this past march straight from the motorola direct store with a t-mobile prepaid sim card inserted. I have seen in the root certificate section that the (P)usrsa data root cert has been expired since this past january even though i have downloaded some paid wallpaper and ringtones thru t-zones as well as sending mms texts. I am wondering if having an expired usrsa data root cert will prohibit me from downloading paid games and apps from t-zones as well as even surfing the web with the hour-long pass, as well as knowing what i should do to renew that rootcert. thanks, Daniel
