I have a sprint razr v3m and i want to know how to to use the stored mp3's on the memory card as ring tones is there any way that this can be done... any help would be great thank you!!!!!
Being I don't have a Sprint v3m I can't say what folder they need to be in. What I can tell you is that ring tones can not be located on the TF card, they must reside on the actual phone memory.

Yeah i know that much so far, i was just hopeing there was a hack or something to get it to read from the card the phone only has like 40MB of mem and that kinda sucks you know.. but thanks for the info
Hi, I have two sprint V3m's that have different firmwares... as both do not allow to use ringers directly from flash memory card. Though you can set as a ringer, the song ends up being copied to the phone. I do not recomend using a full song as a ring tone. You never get to hear the full song, and by the time the song really gets going the call is ended.
Though most find Sprint firmware a bit less than all the others... it takes bit of getting around to find that Sprints firmware rocks it you know where to go in the menus. I set alot of recorded sounds and messages straight to ID call ringers, which most other firmwares don't.
Download motorola phone tools. You also need a usb cable. You can either upload from memory card to the pc and transfer to the phone's audio folder or transfer from one to another folder inside the phone. I did this it worked great on my Sprint V3m
Online and operating normally To use the server you must enable WAP access on your account by going into the My account link on the side bar, going to Edit, then go to WAP, and then check the WAP access enable box and Submit.
