Skin Problems Please Help!
I just recently flashed to vivo, and i tried to install the iphone skin but for some reason when i switch to the iphone skin the text in the menus wont show up and the only icon that changed is the phonebook icon. has anyone else expierienced this problem, or does anyone have any idea of how to fix this, if so please help! also where am i supposed to install the extras like the extra drm icons and the startup and shutdown animations? .....1 more question (Sorry) how do i change the 24 hour clock to 12... i havent been able to find any guides that explain ho to fix this skin problem please help me.... Thanx!!

18. Now to get your phone into a 12hr clock open up your seem editor of choice and open up Seem: 2742 Bytes: 0000 Offset: 008D and check bit 6.
19. Restart your phone
20. Now go to Menu-->More-->Settings-->Initial Setup-->Time and Date
21. Change Autoupdate to Off
22. Select the time change 24hr to am or pm depending on what time of the day it is and hit ok
23. Select the date
24. Select Format
25. Choose your prefered date style and hit select
26. Turn Autoupdate back on
27. Exit out of the menus
28. Your time and date should be changed to your prefered style and your good to go.
And as for the IPhone skins, I know their is an issue with cross compatability with GSM and CDMA phones. Hopefully someone can chime in on this!

I'd make sure that you've downloaded a CDMA compatible version of the skin. There's several versions floating around on this board, just use the search function.
As far as the DRM icons go, I've finally come up with a solution. We CDMA users can't edit our DRM icons the way that GSM users can due to differences in the firmware on the phones. After quite a bit of hex-editing, I came up with a menu file (mma_ucp) that allows you to upload your own icons for these options to /a/motorola/system/. You just upload the mma_ucp and all the properly named gif icon files to that directory and all your icons will match. It works perfectly on my Vivo flashed VZW V3m. I'd actually like to know if it's working for anyone else, if you want to give it a try.

What I'd really like is to figure out how to get the mma_ucp to refer to unused icons inside the skin files like GSM users are doing now. I'll keep trying...

Here's Polycat's version of the iPhone skin with all icons, the menu file, and the mp3player skin.
Here: Link
Install all the ski and dat files in /a/mobile/skin/skins/iPhoneB/ (create this directory)
Put the icons and the menu file in /a/motorola/system/
Put the mp3 player skin file in /a/brew/mod/mp3player/
There's wallpapers, cl gifs, and other icon options in the extras folder.

Also a K1m VZW->Telus flash
Also a V9m VZW->USCC SPARKO_etc (current)
And a totally plagerized signature!
