Pics&fliks from phone to PC

Alright, I made it through seem editing and downloaded all kinds of programs but still can't figure out how to get to the folders to transfer the pictures. I have PST, RSD, P2K, P2Kman, P2K commander, MMC, DataPiliot & BitPim. BitPim won't detect the phone no matter what driver I have installed & DataPiliot says that the feature isn't accessible on the trial version. Starting to get frustrated. I know you people can guide me in the correct direction. Thanks in advance.

Run RSD in the background and then run P2K Commander....

Run RSD in the background and then run P2K Commander. Follow the setup for p2k and you should be able to move your images/videos off the device.
