No Display, probably junk

I have a motorola V3M from Verizon, that has done me well the past few years. However today I went to open it up and I have nothing on either screen. I figured, okay it hung on a process or something and needs a reboot.

I tried pulling out the battery and waiting a few minutes. I put it back in, and nothing happened. If I hit the end key my keypad lights up for a few seconds then goes off, but neither display comes on and my windows pc doesn't recognize it as a device. Its not making any noises and seems like it may be a total loss.

Does anyone have any tips for anything else I can try to do? I have lots of cool pics of the grandkids and a lot of phone numbers in there that would be nice if I could recover them(all on internal storage, no sd card)

this guide found in our guide section here may help you get some of your stuff if you can get this program and your machine to recognize your phone.

Your phone is probably toast. The pictures are probably going to be hard to get. The phone numbers _might_ be able to be retrieved using RSD CDMA General 5.1.6. You _should_ be able to find it in the guide section.

good luck
