I cant seem to get an IP that will give me free wap Access, can anyone help?

That said tho the days of free WAP are kinda pressing your luck anyways. The carrier is clamping down on using it the way we use to just like tethering. ANd if you get caught they will go after you to pay for the usage. So unless you have a way old plan, and can find an IP that works I personally would suggest to NOT use it like we did way back in the day.
One suggestion tho is you could try heading over to Zak's Enterprise and register with them as they have a WAP setup. But you do need to be a reigstered user to get access to it.
