INCREASING VIDEO LENGTH ON MOTOROLA V3M

Hello guys, its me again. Recently I successfully increased the video recording time on my sister's Verizon Motorola RAZR V3M. I followed the guide, which mentioned overwriting
the arcconfig.ini file. Here is my problem. I want to do this on my Alltel RAZR V3M...but
exactly, which file do I overwrite? Using BitPim, I looked at all the files on my Alltel
RARZ. I did not see a arcconfig.ini file. Tell me, could this file be called something else
on the Alltel RAZR V3m? I would appreciate any help here.
