you don't because it is not possible. not v3m ever made had Java capabilities except for the Sprint v3m. And they use a special data authentication that can only be used on there network.
Only way t oget Java stuff on a Razr device would be to flash it with either the Bell or Telus v3c software. Which in turn will turn your v3m into a v3c and you will loose access to your sdcard.
