There is all kinda of things that need to be backed up depending on what type of flashing you are wanting to do. So bottom line is we need more specifics from you as to what you actual plan is so we can better assist in tell you what needs to be backed up.
Oh and what type of flash file are you going to be using? A Monster flash or a Upgrade flash

Last time I flashed a phone I endded up haveing to take it to a alltel store. I used the monster flash and I was unabel to get on the alltel network. I ges that I whould like to be abel to makeit so aI can flash without loosing my network conection.
When it comes to flashing a phone, it is not usually just for fun. That is why when you ask about flashing it, we need many more details than what you have provided. What EXACT monster flash did you use on EXACTLY what phone did you have trouble with the last time?
Are you wanting to flash the phone you have currently in your profile with a different carrier's software and/or the generic software and still make it work on Alltel? Are you wanting to just flash your phone back to 'stock' and keep it on Alltel's network, hence what would be the backups needed for that? Which EXACT flash file are you considering using?
I hope from this you get a better idea of what we need to know before we can give you good answers.
phone: Alltel razr V3a
FLASW: alt_V#A_10.1a.02r_PRInn10605_MONSTER.SHX
I was trying to add skins but I messed it up. If possabe4l would like it to be out of box but don't think there is aq flash for that
Well, if that's what's going on, you might be able to just perform a master reset/master clear to fix your phone, but you probably want to backup your contacts, pictures, and ringtones first. You can backup your contacts with RSD CDMA General, then with RSD Gen still running, use P2KCommander to backup your ringtones and pictures.
If doing the master reset/clear doesn't fix your problems and you still want to flash it, then use QPST to backup your service programming.
If you don't know how to use any of the above programs, PLEASE feel free to ask back here BEFORE you proceed.
