Help overwrote my moto.ski file now my icons are missing

My icons in the menu are missing except a couple and my quick launch keys up down left and right no longer work.

As soon as i realized my mistake i replaced it with a moto.ski file from my previous phone but for some reason this was not sufficient

Please help me!!!

or how can i redo the entire ski moto.ski
