FAO: All Members, Input Formats for Comments/Replies
This forum is setup to use filtered HTML code by default, meaning that the following tags only are supported:
<a> <em> <strong> <cite> <code> <ul> <ol> <li> <dl> <dt> <dd>
The forum does support using BBCode as well, but you have to manually select that input format by clicking the link below your reply text box which states "input format". Keep in mind though that whichever input format you select, the code you use must match that format.

Don't forget how to close the tag(s).
