Deleteing default homescreen banner after a master clear?
All, I have one piece of unbranding left that I cannot figure out on my V3M. After I do a master clear my homescreen banner always comes back with "US Cellular" just above the date, how can I get ride of this so that after a clear it just shows up blank? Thanks

Posted: Sat, 08/30/2008 - 09:36 by spikejonesyou should be able to do the seem edit hack to alter the Carrier Banner. Just enter spaces for the Carrier String, rather than having any kind of characters there.
As far as I know though, doing master clear/reset will reset some of your hacks to default settings, so if you keep doing those you will have to keep hacking it.
