Couple of things I was hoping to be able to do.

1. Set the ringer to use voice to announce who is calling or read number if not in address book or simply a voice ringer that says "Incoming Call"

Simpley make a voice note and save, go into voice notes and apply as a ringer. Go into contacts and edit contact select your voice note as a ringer. The book should show some of the options for creating voice notes and setting up contacts.

2. Get something to sync Address Book with thunderbird. BitPim does not work with the V3mm Sprint Razr.

I have BitPIM and have backed up phone information with out issues. I do not know Thunderbird so you may need to import your phone book into outlook express and export it to a format that thunderbird reads.

3. Change the menu options so I can get the arrows to select different options like "Recent Calls" instead of the whole "Power Vision" crap.

Sprint had recent calls aready setup as a default key... press send once and you will be able to scroll through the calls lists using the left and right keys. The book should give you step by step information too.

4. Get free internet on my phone instead of going through sprint. I saw the free dialup internet but how do you get free internet using minutes on your phone?

No go.... sprint has internal servers that control data traffic through connections. There is no way to get around them. The only freebie I have found is Mobile GPS Maps you need to add a GPS server and port using QPST.

Oh by the way SPrint as an everything plan for $99 pretty much unlimited there way cool!

I guess your a newbie with Sprint... Just read through the owners manual... you will be amazed by all the options you have, once you learn the menus.
