Change my ESN BACK to what is on the sticker under the battery on RAZR V3c.
I bought a USED RAZR. I checked the ESN under the battery with METRO PCS and it is a good ESN, not stolen. When I tried to activate it, it wouldn't work. When I looked at the HEX ESN inside the phone info menu, it converted to an ESN not anything like the one listed. I wans to change my ESN BACK to the original listed number.
Thanks.

However I'm question what it actually wrong. Reason being is becsaue you called Metro and they said the ESN was clean. So with that said is the device you bought used an actual MetorPCS device? If not odds are Metro needs to add the ESN to there database so it can be activated. If an ESN is not in the database a device will not active until it is. so just because they said it was clean does not mean it will activate on there network.
