can't see java settings

OK so i finally flashed to bell but i can't find the java settings? not just the java loader but the whole shibang. I even enabled java app loader w/pst but i can't well use it if doesn't seem to be on the phone. any help? where could it be (besides settings) is there something i need to do to make it visible like i did with enabling the java app loader ( which i can't find) helP?
