Can't load seem 0b09_0000 on E815

when i try to load seem 0b09_0001 from the phone the seem editor crashes but when i load seem 2742_0001 it works flawlessly , what is the problem?

Sorry for being late, but which seem editor are you using and what program are you using to put the e815 into the mode?
