Can you remove the block that sprint has on the bluetooth transfers?

I have a Motorazr V3M through Sprint. I am unable to bluetooth ringtones with other people, I always get a "failed interuption" error message when I try to recieve ringtones. I contacted Sprint and they told me that they Block file transfers to protect your phone from viruses and to ensure your manufacturers warranty. When I asked if it could be unblocked I was told that there are ways to hack the phone to be able to bluetooth and they said to try to search on Google, but I was unable to find a hack for it. They also told me that if you install the hack to unblock the bluetooth it wouldnt harm the phone but it would void the manufacturers 1 year warranty on the phone, which mine expired a month ago anyway.
Does anyone know how to get the bluetooth to work? Will my phone's service still work normal if its hacked? Thanks

won't happen Sprint removed the code from the firmware entirely just like VZW does. With that said there is no seem edit or hack to get the function back unless they ad the feature back to a newer firmware version. And that I can't answer myself seeing as i don't follow Sprint stuff or even use my razr anymore really.

the only other heavy hitter advanced option would be flashing your sprint razr to another firmware (such as alltel, which i believe is possible). it is advanced because basically some specific settings are replaced by flashing the firmware of the phone, so it requires backing up certain settings with certain programs and restoring them after, and etc etc... i believe this is the only option for the sprint razr, however im not entirely sure as well due to not having sprint v3m, but this is what i can recall from reading some other threads in the sprint section from way back when

This is just a shot in the dark, but does the Sprint f/w allow you to have your ringtones on your TF card? I know that when I try to xfer anything from one phone's TF card to another phone, I get a similar error message.

good luck.
