can i use this?

hi i was wondering if i can use the sprint monster flash on here with alltels network? i have a verizon v3m i allready know how to go about flashing and all that i just wanted to know if someone knew if it was safe to use the sprint monster flash or ??sprint upgrade?? files so i can have java on my phone and still use alltels network because i dont want to switch to sprints service i like my alltel service just fine i just want java apps n games plz someone let me kno! is it safe and will it work on my phone?
