So with that said they all use the Moto UI you have. about the only thing you'd maybe want to consider but IMO would be a waste is to flash to the DST ( ie Generic Moto firmware), and the only thing that would be different really is it would have no branding.
As for skins any skins that work on a Moto flash for a v3c or v3m should work fine. Just DO NOT use any skin/theme you find that is specifically for a VZW or Sprint Razr as they both use a different style custom/hybrid firmware.

Plz be as specific as possible. Not saying I can be of much help but there is no reason a Moto UI phone should not be able to get skins on it.
