Server Status Report

In the history of hacktherazr.com we have unfortunately had quite a bit of issues regarding the web server that site is located on, and we've been on several different servers. Recently (07/27/08) we migrated the site to its likely final destination, so we shouldn't have any more persistent issues (hopefully).

However, the site has gone down from time to time, and we'd like to create a page that members and visitors alike can find out about downtime, and the reason why we experienced the downtime.
