NOOBIE - Need help to uninstall old driver

Noobie here - just getting started
I know enough about puting to be dangerous to crash em - that's how I learned.
Starting out install V3m by cleaning first. Trying to uninstall old MobileAction driver for V3m. Used it for charging. Had two drivers listed. Have enough know-how to use pnputil.exe to delete inf files. Was able to delete one driver (oem12.inf) but it won't let me delete the second (oem13.inf) because it says device in use. So Ize goze to device manager to diable and to lQQk up all the drivers on my 1mil USBs. They are all MS drivers. So I thinks...are they drivers for the ports? Phone is unplugged? Hmmm? So ize come here for help. Anyone?
