For those about to hack

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if you have a newer VZW V3m that does not use a ESN, but rather a pESN/MEID, DO NOT JUST BLINDLY TRY TO USE any of the seem edits in the guides here, nor don't try to flash your phone without first searching the forums here and even the internet as a whole!  The seem edits and hacks here were designed for the older V3m's with no later than the 01.09.02 f/w on them.  IF YOUR PHONE HAS ANYTHING HIGHER, LIKE 01.19.xx as a f/w, PROCEED WITH MUCH CAUTION!.  The best way to find out is to power your phone off, remove the battery and look at the software version imprinted on your phone there.
