Created a new menu theme

You can download my new menu theme here or by clicking on the image to the left.

I'll keep it posted here until styol figures out a suitable solution to letting users upload their own themes at the site. Right now I have the thing hosted at a free file hosting service. I've got the preview of the theme uploaded right now to the "wall papers" section of this site, which includes a link here.
